Asia Pacific Management Resources P/L (APMR) was founded in 1990 with a focus on delivering people-based business improvement solutions to organisations throughout the Asia-Pacific Region.

Our stringent corporate policy is to focus on a maximum of three clients within any individual business sector. This ensures that we focus on the clients specific business needs and always avoid the potential for conflict of interest.

Our clients differ in the degrees to which they wish to be involved in the selection process. You can participate to whatever extent you wish and as time permits. There's nothing mysterious about our particular methodology: it's displayed on unique APMR flow charts which one or more of our team discuss with you before we start work

The charts embody alternative paths to selection, depending for example on whether an appointment is to be made either internally or externally or both, through an executive search or through advertised recruitment, or both.

Delivering Results …
Executive search is a pro-active method, without resort to advertising, in which we identify the best available candidates from our research, contacts, database or knowledge of various industries, and simply from knowing who's who in many different fields.

Advertised recruitment, on the other hand, is the orthodox, creative and reactive method of publicly searching for talent within a client's field, in competitor organisations and related companies, often, with the client's own input. In both methods, we work closely with you to arrive at a clearly preferred candidate. At all stages you retain control of the process, guided by our experience.

APMR skills are not confined to recruitment. We have considerable experience in organisational consultancy including executive performance evaluation and reward management, organisation restructuring and remuneration consultancy.
