Our work has often been transnational and cross-cultural in its scope, involving the identification, selection and relocation of Executives and Specialists from one country to another. We follow a proven process, which has been refined over the past seventeen years. Our success has in part been due to the rigorous process, as well as judgement and skill, based on experience. Advertised recruitment, on the other hand, is the orthodox, creative and reactive method of publicly searching for talent within a client's field, in competitor organisations and related companies, often, with the client's own input. In both methods, we work closely with you to arrive at a clearly preferred candidate. At all stages you retain control of the process, guided by our experience.
