Executive Search and Selection

Executive Search is a pro-active and discrete method, without resorting to advertising, in which we identify the best available candidates from our research, contacts, databases and knowledge of various industries, and simply from knowing who's who in many different fields. Our work has often been transnational and cross-cultural in its scope, involving the identification, selection and relocation of Executives and Specialists from one country to another. We follow a proven process, which has been refined over the past seventeen years. Our success has in part been due to the rigorous process, as well as judgement and skill, based on experience.

Advertised recruitment, on the other hand, is the orthodox, creative and reactive method of publicly searching for talent within a client's field, in competitor organisations and related companies, often, with the client's own input.

In both methods, we work closely with you to arrive at a clearly preferred candidate. At all stages you retain control of the process, guided by our experience.

  • In Search we generally work with a maximum of three clients in any one sector to avoid the potential for conflict of interest.
  • We only work on a retained basis.
  • We are driven by our clients’ needs and apply our skill and judgment to recommend the most appropriate methodology, eg. Executive Search, Ad-Search (a combination of advertising and search), or advertising alone, as the means of drawing candidates for a particular role.
