TITLE: Finishing Foreman - Building

PURPOSE: The role of the Finishing Foreman is to control and supervise
the use of high quality materials for high quality finishing work

KEY OBJECTIVES:

• To drive the project forward whilst ensuring quality
  workmanship, completed on time
• To closely supervise the work of direct labour, local
  tradesmen and subcontractors where skill may be limited
• To be aware of the budgetary restraints of the project
• To lead and motivate the site labour force
• To liaise effectively with sub contractors and suppliers

REPORTS TO: Construction Manager

RESPONSIBLE FOR: General Operatives and sub contractors

REQUIREMENTS: Age - 30+
Qualifications - from trade background with strong motivational and communication skills essential.
