TITLE: Project Commercial Manager
PURPOSE: The role of the Commercial Manager is to manage risk and reward in all commercial aspects of the Project.
KEY OBJECTIVES:
- To manage commercial risk and opportunity
- To develop and implement commercial controls, contracts and sub contract procedures
- To manage training for commercial staff
- To ensure all commercial reporting procedures are adhered to
- To advise on contractual matters to project manager
- To manage contractual claims
REPORTS TO: Project Manager and functionally to Area Commercial Manager
RESPONSIBLE FOR: Quantity Surveyors
REQUIREMENTS: Age - 35+
Qualifications - Degree/Diploma and/or RICS/ AIQS Experience:
US$25M plus projects Hotel/Condominium Hospital
Direct labour force and/or remote location experience an advantage
